How long do you have to run the 5k?

    • tommyt

The 5k has a 2 hour course time limit.

Last year it was posted that there would be finisher’s medals for the 5k and they were only for the 1/2 and full marathon. I see that it is posted again that there is a finisher’s medal. Are the medals for all races?

    • tommyt

We will have medals for all finishers 100% this year.

Is there an age minimum for the 5k? My daughter is 10 and has run an 8k before.

    • tommyt

There is no minimum age. It is up to the parent’s discretion.

Dumb question of the day: is a “recycled tech fabric shirt” the same thing as (or similar to) a dry-fit shirt?

Less dumb question: Are there any kids’ sizes for the 5K shirt, or do we just go with the men’s small?

    Thanks.

    • tommyt

That is not a dumb question at all! Yes, it is a similar fabric to a Dri-Fit shirt. We do not have any kids’ sizes, so you would need to order either a men’s or woman’s small.

are strollers allowed on the 5K course?

    • tommyt

Strollers are allowed, but you must start in the back and pull off to the side if you are going to be passed.
